The first main stage of the logic of the concept. The concept as subjective --- as concept, judgment, syllogism. Not yet proven in experience (that would be objectivity), but rather inner self-articulation.
Origin: Traditionally: subjective = merely within consciousness. In Hegel: subjectivity as a necessary stage prior to objectification.
