Our methodology (systematization)
Our term for the **three fundamental, processual moments** of the **Idea of Life** (Chapter 19): 1. **S**elf-differentiation (internal organization) 2. **S**elf-preservation (assimilation of what is other) 3. **S**elf-sublation (development beyond the individual) This S³ structure is the universal logical form of **self-organization** and the basis for the first, ontological derivation of the **ethical criteria** (Chapter 22). It rests on the fundamental quality of life, **self-relation** (Chapter 19.1). Each of the three processes is explicated in Chapter 19.4 as a complete **system of syllogism**.

Systematizes Hegel's three moments of life (the living individual, the life-process, the genus) as three processual systems of syllogism.
In Hegel
Corresponds in substance to the division into *The Living Individual*, *The Life-Process*, and *The Genus* (Enz. §§ 216--222).
