Our methodology

The dilemma of systematic philosophy: is the system closed (then dogmatic) or open (then unsystematic)? Our solution: open systematics --- clear principles, but self-correction possible.

Origin

Critique of Hegel: his system is said to be "closed," to allow no further development. Postmodern critique: every systematics is said to be totalitarian. Our answer: systematics with self-critique.
