Being
Hegel (Logic of Being, Beginning)
The beginning of the Logic. Pure being without any further determination---immediate, indeterminate, and therefore identical with nothing. Being and nothing pass over into becoming.
Origin
Parmenides: Being is. Hegel: Pure being is so empty that it is identical with nothing.
