Mutuality, reciprocity. The seventh ethical criterion: Act so that your action could be reciprocal. Corresponds to the Golden Rule. Not mere symmetry (that would be too weak), but active reciprocity.

Origin

Present throughout ethics (Golden Rule). We show: reciprocity follows logically from the structure of recognition and self-application.
