Nikolaus Müller

Nikolaus Müller (1770–1851) was a poet who wrote on aesthetics and mythology.

His works on mythology belonged to the field on which Hegel engaged with Creuzer’s Symbolik — the question whether the myths of the ancient peoples contained a hidden wisdom or were merely a preliminary stage of the concept.
