Konrad Engelbert Oelsner

Konrad Engelbert Oelsner (1764–1828) was a diplomat and publicist who reported on the French Revolution.

His reports were part of what became known in Germany about the events in Paris — for the Tübingen seminary students who followed the Revolution from a distance, such writings were the only source.
