Hegel, plaster copy of original marble bust

G.W.F. Hegel (1770-1831). By Ludwig W. Wichmann (1784-1859). Plaster copy of the original marble bust produced during Hegel’s lifetime. The original was destroyed in a WWII bombing raid.

Reproductions of this bust are produced and offered for sale today from a little workshop in Berlin.
