Sensibility

Hegel (Spirit) / (Logic)

The sphere of immediate perception (intuition). In the Logic, sensibility is unreflected immediacy (Chap. 1.2). In the Phenomenology of Spirit, "sense-certainty" is the first, most abstract stage of consciousness. In Absolute Spirit, art is the realization of truth in sensible form (Chap. 29.2).
