Indifference (as Quantitative Trait)

The determination of quantity (Ch. 2.2) and of mechanism (Ch. 14.1). In contrast to quality (where the determination is essential), the quantitative boundary is "indifferent" (more or less water remains water). In mechanism the objects are indifferent to each other (their relation is external, not constitutive).
